Mobile Notary Fee Schedule:

• Loan Signing - Starting at $90, includes travel - Please call for a quote.
• Document printing fee $20.00 per loan.
• Fax backs over 10 pages $0.50 per additional page.
• Additional Travel Fee of $20.00 for travel out of service area.
• Acknowledgment/Jurat - $10 per notarized signature - call for travel fees
• Certified Copy of Power of Attorney - $10 - call for travel fees

In-House Fee Schedule:

• 8 hour daily rate - $350.00.
• First Mortgages - $100.00.
• Second Mortgages - $50.00.

Valid identification is required for notarization. The ID shall be current or issued within five years. The following ID's are valid for notarization.

• State Issued Drivers License
• State Issued Identification Card
• Military Identification Card
• Passport - Non-USA passports must be stamped by the INS
